How We Price Our Services

Running a floral event service means dealing with real costs that change every season. We've always believed in being straightforward about what goes into each arrangement and why certain projects cost what they do. No hidden fees, no surprises when you get the invoice.

What Actually Goes Into Your Event

Fresh Flowers

We source directly from local growers when possible, which means prices shift with seasons. Spring peonies cost different than autumn dahlias. Import flowers from specialized suppliers add to the budget but give you options that local fields can't provide.

Transport & Setup

Getting arrangements to your venue intact takes planning. We factor in vehicle costs, setup time, and sometimes a second trip if we're installing pieces throughout the day. Baku traffic being what it is, we build buffer time into every schedule.

Design Time

Creating arrangements isn't just assembly work. Our team spends hours conditioning stems, testing color combinations, and making sure each piece matches your vision. Rush orders mean rearranging schedules, which affects pricing.

Materials & Tools

Vases, foam, wire, ribbon, and specialty containers all add up. Some clients want to keep the vessels after events, others prefer us to collect them. Either way, we're transparent about what you're paying for versus what's included in base service.

Why Sevda Keeps Coming Back

Sevda Mammadova coordinates corporate events across Baku and started working with us in early 2024. She appreciates that we send detailed quotes before she commits to anything. "I've worked with vendors who surprise you with add-ons later," she told us during a recent setup. "You folks break down every line item, which makes my job easier when I report back to finance teams."

What she values most isn't elaborate promises—it's knowing exactly what she'll get for the budget she has. When flower costs spiked last autumn due to import delays, we reached out proactively with alternatives rather than just raising prices without explanation. That's the kind of relationship that makes this business work.

Our Quoting Process

We handle every inquiry the same way because consistency matters when you're trusting someone with an important event. Here's what happens from first contact to final delivery.

1

Initial Consultation

You tell us about your event—date, venue, style preferences, and rough budget. We ask questions about logistics, color schemes, and any flowers you absolutely want or can't stand. This conversation usually takes 20-30 minutes and happens over phone or at our Molla Vali Vidadi Street location.

2

Proposal Development

We draft a detailed quote within three business days. Every element gets its own line—flower costs, labor hours, transport, containers, and setup time. If something's seasonal and might affect availability, we note alternatives. You'll see exactly where your money goes before making any decisions.

3

Adjustments & Confirmation

Most clients want to tweak something—swap roses for tulips, reduce table arrangements, add entrance pieces. We revise the quote and send it back, usually same day. Once you approve, we collect a 40% deposit to secure your date and lock in flower orders with our suppliers.
